Refund policy

At TakaStrike, we want you to be happy with your order. If you have an issue with your item, please contact us at shoptakastrike@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns may be accepted for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
- Defective items
- Major quality issues

To request a return or refund, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- A short explanation of the problem

If your return is approved, we will provide next steps by email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is approved and received, if applicable.
